Volleyball

My most recent sports shoot was indoors.  There were three courts and not a lot of extra space for spectators much less photographers.  As I mention on my website, I realize there’s no such thing as perfection, but I do strive for it because I know many clients will look for it.  Because of this, I tend to be hyper-critical of my own work.  Walking away from a project and returning to it later renews my outlook many times, and this was no exception.  There were more decent shots than I thought.

Here is a digital scrapbook I put together with several of those shots.  The second photo from the left on the front page was taken by my youngest daughter, Miranda (12), who now wants to be a photographer when she grows up.  I’m kind of proud!
