Logos and Play Time

Winter is a great time to work on back-office tasks and to learn new things. I’ve been tossing around logo ideas for a long time now. It’s kind of like getting a tattoo. I don’t have any because I can’t think of anything that I don’t think I’ll change my mind about in a year or so. But I kept coming back to this idea that looks a little like something you’d see branded on cattle. You know … connected initials. So after playing with a couple of old theater photos, I played with some branding ideas. I’m not sure yet if I like the larger or smaller version. I used one of each on two photos. Feel free to weigh in with your preference. 🙂

The smaller SK logo feels more feminine to me, but the larger one is more eye-catching I think. I’ll probably use both depending on the job. Maybe it’ll morph into something else entirely. I’m confident in the SK, though. It’s a keeper … finally!
