When you love theater so much, and theater is actually your life, what better place to get married than in a theatre? The Bug Theatre is the oldest theatre in Denver.
Not only was this wedding unique in location; it was unique in ceremony. The bride is Catholic, and the groom is Jewish. They also incorporated a Celtic handfasting into the ceremony.
After the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds went in to the alley behind the theatre to partake in something that is legal in Colorado from a bowl made especially for this occasion. Hence the title of this post, “Rocky Mountain High … Colorado”.
